Strategic Information Systems (SIS) Planning 

ATI's Strategic Planning services provide you with thorough and innovative feasibility studies before you commit to new and constantly changing technologies. After our exclusive free consultation, our staff will arrange several requirement analysis meetings to meet with representatives of your company. Within a week of the last meeting, ATI will develop and deliver a full system specification which contains a normalized Data model, a Data Dictionary, preliminary screen and report layouts, and a detailed cost estimate of the proposed application. This estimate clearly delineates each task and the associated cost.

Our Data Models, Data Dictionaries, and System Architectures allow you to advance to new technologies with a well-planned, balanced approach.

The Plan's System Architecture will address operating system, software, network-internet requirements and future needs.

After reviewing the proposed plan, you have the option of developing the application with ATI, or using the specification to solicit estimates from other companies.
